LAVBC PHILOSOPHY:

At LAVBC it is our priority to foster an environment that nurtures strong and confident young people, who feel supported in their ability to voice their opinions and concerns to affect positive change for themselves and those around them. Volleyball is not a complicated sport but it is a very complex one. Our passion is passing down the many lessons of movement and mastery we have learned, from some of the world's best coaches, in volleyball and beyond, to children in a way that makes competition, in anything they do, a fun, process-based adventure.  At LAVBC we instill in our young athletes a comprehensive understanding of not only the sport, but of the foundations of learning and mastery itself. Some of the players we have coached have received D-1 VB scholarships, some are now championship coaches themselves, others currently work for NASA. Our mission is to enable our players to take their passion for learning and their commitment to teamwork with them for the rest of their lives.
