The LAVBC Pancake Beach Breakfast is a highlight of the season. Hot pancakes and all the extras cooked right on the beach followed by team bonding exercises and competitions.

All Athletes training at LAVBC are invited to club Yoga @ 10:15AM -11:15AM with Brittany White and Pizza party at 12:30pm after u13/14 practice . All at VDM.
