TEAM BOUNCE-KAMALU

Bounce-Kamalu is Los Angeles Volleyball Clubs u12 competition team. Bounce-Kamalu gives young players the chance to learn the game the right way and get use to USA Volleyball competition early. We have seen an incredibly fast growth rate from players who get involved at the Bounce-Kamalu level. The friendships and lessons of team-work, goal setting and resilience make for an incredibly fun introduction to the sport.

COACH KAMALU

Team Bounce-Kamalu is coached by LAVBC Assistant Director Kamalu Makekau-Whitaker. Kamalu, set for the United States High Performance Team from ages 15-18 before signing to Cal State Northridge. There she trained under Olympic Gold Medalist, Coach Jeff Stork.

Coach Kamalu is the 2021 and 2022 LAVBC Coach of the Year.
